Cynthia Monroy

Cynthia Monroy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Finance Director at Band of Insiders since March 2013, Cynthia manages all financial activities, including investments, budgets, and expenditures, while developing strategic financial policies. Previously, as Division Controller at Xerox Commercial Solutions, Cynthia oversaw financial operations for multiple divisions, focusing on reporting, forecasting, and cost control. Cynthia's earlier roles include Staff Accountant at ACS BPS, where responsibilities included month-end close processes and revenue recognition compliance, and Mexican Accounts Payable at ITESA Siemens, handling full cycle accounts payable functions. Cynthia began the career as a Human Resources Assistant at General Electric Procon. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Centro Universitario Isidro Fabela.
