Chrysanthemum Nguyen

Chrysanthemum Nguyen, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Bandai Namco Entertainment America since January 2022. In this role, Chrysanthemum leads the planning and implementation of various projects including a Diversity and Inclusion program and internal audits of compensation and job descriptions. Prior to this, Chrysanthemum held multiple HR positions at Pasadena City College, managing HR-related matters for over 200 staff members and coordinating benefits for 1,000+ employees. Additional experience includes roles at SDSU Research Foundation, San Diego County Credit Union, Volunteers of America Southwest, Crown Entertainment Inc., and Clinique. Chrysanthemum holds an MBA in Project Management from California State University, Chico, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from San Diego State University.
