Joe Floyd

Joe Floyd is an experienced professional in quality assurance and player experience within the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance & Player Experience at Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. since December 2020, Joe has held multiple titles including Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Quality Assurance Project Manager. Previous roles include System Engineer at EPIC Security Works and Founder of CANTEMPO, a company that developed software for monitoring product transportation and distribution. Joe has extensive experience at Telltale Games, Microsoft Game Studios, Electronic Arts, and Sega of America, where roles ranged from Build Producer to various QA compliance positions. Joe's educational background includes studies at Cañada College from 2002 to 2004.
