Manohar Jha

Manohar Jha's work experience includes serving as the Deputy Vice President in the Risk Process and System Automation department at Bandhan Bank since 2022. Before that, they were the Chief Manager of Analytics Center of Excellence at Indian Bank from 2020 to 2022, where they established and led a Center of Excellence for Enterprise Analytics. Manohar also worked as the Chief Manager of IT at Allahabad Bank from 2017 to 2020 and as the Senior Manager of IT from 2009 to 2017. Manohar started their career as a Consultant at Zenith Softwares in 2005 and as a Developer at Tilak Softwares Pvt. Ltd. in 2004.

Manohar Jha completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) specializing in systems and marketing from the Balaji Institute of Modern Management between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Ramakrishna Mission Ashram Vidyalaya, Narendrapur from 1988 to 1994, although no degree or field of study was specified for their earlier education. In terms of additional certifications, Manohar Jha obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2019 and completed CAIIB and JAIIB certifications from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance in 2011. Additionally, they are pursuing a Certificate in Risk Management from the National Institute of Bank Management, expected to be obtained in 2023.
