Hudaiba Pandit has been working in the technology industry since 2019. Hudaiba began their career at BuildSupply as a Customer Success Analyst and then moved into the role of Key Account Manager, Customer Success Analyst. In 2022, they joined Bandhoo Solutions as an Assistant Manager.

Hudaiba Pandit has a diverse educational background. Hudaiba began their schooling in 1998 at Tyndale Biscoe and Mallinson School Sheikh Bagh Srinagar, Kashmir, and completed it in 2011. In 2012, they earned their Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Civil Engineering from the University of Kashmir. In 2017, they earned their MBA in Construction economics and Quantity Surveying from RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University.
