Rajtej Tatavarti

Rajtej Tatavarti is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Banff Lodging Company since March 2019. Previously, Rajtej held the position of Sous Chef at Rimrock Resort Hotel from July 2011 to March 2019 and has also worked as Chef de Partie at Rocky Mountain Resort and Inns of Banff.
