Erin Swientek

Erin Swientek has extensive work experience in the field of real estate and strategic planning. Erin started their career as a Real Estate Representative at Jack in the Box in 2000 and later worked as a Lease Negotiator at Hollywood Entertainment from 2002 to 2004. From 2005 to 2006, Erin served as a Real Estate Manager at Jack in the Box before joining SUPERVALU as a Senior Real Estate Manager from 2006 to 2012. Erin then worked as a Real Estate Manager at World Wide Wings, a franchisee of Buffalo Wild Wings, from 2012 to 2014. Erin then moved on to Panera Bread as a Senior Real Estate Manager from 2014 to 2015. Most recently, they have held various roles at Banfield Pet Hospital, including Senior Real Estate Manager from 2015 to 2019, Director of Real Estate from 2019 to 2020, Director of Strategic Planning from 2021 to 2023, and currently serves as the Vice President of Network Strategy & Facilities Support.

Erin Swientek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon in 1997. Erin also obtained a certification titled "Mars, Inc.: Women Leading Purposefully" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2021.
