Saila Akther Nova

Saila Akther Nova currently serves as Deputy Secretary at Brand BGMEA, where responsibilities include managing projects and operations related to fashion product development, stakeholder analysis, partner identification, and monitoring and evaluation since October 2022. Concurrently, Saila is a Visiting Lecturer at Uttara University, specializing in fashion knitwear education. Previous experience includes a role as Senior 3D Virtual Designer at SQ Group from January 2018 to September 2022, where Saila utilized 3D software from Shima Seiki. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Apparel Merchandising & Fashion Management and a BSc (Hons) in Fashion Design & Technology from Uttara University, complemented by HSC and SSC degrees in Science from Safiuddin Sarker Academy & College.
