Matt Schmidt has been serving as the Superintendent for Bangor Township Schools since June 2013, following a role as Principal at Bay City Public Schools from July 2008 to June 2013. Matt Schmidt is currently pursuing an Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of Michigan, having previously earned an Educational Specialist Degree in Central Office and Superintendency from Saginaw Valley State University and a Master's Degree in Social Science from Eastern Michigan University.
