Clair Doloriert

Clair Doloriert has extensive work experience in both the academic and professional sectors. Clair currently serves as a member of the CMI Wales Board, where they are the Regional Stakeholder Lead in Higher Education. Clair joined this role in January 2023.

Additionally, Clair has held various positions at Bangor University since 2007. Clair began as a Senior Lecturer and later became the Programme Lead for Tourism TNE. In December 2020, Clair took on the role of CMI Professional Dual Accreditation Lead for Bangor Business School Postgraduates. Most recently, they served as the Head of Bangor Business School, focusing on Year 1 undergraduates. It is unclear when these roles ended since the end dates are not specified.

Clair Doloriert earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Organisational Behaviour, HRM and Strategy from Bangor Business School, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including AcAsCIPD from CIPD, CMBE from Chartered Association of Business Schools, FCMI from Chartered Management Institute, and SFHEA from Higher Education Academy.
