Ashly K. has been in the workforce since 2005. Ashly began their career as an Office Clerk at Marsh Supermarkets before moving on to become a Typesetter/Printer at The Boatman Group. In 2009, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Giraffe-x Graphics and a Publishing/Graphic Design Assistant at Elusive Disc Inc. Ashly then worked as a Typesetter/Customer Service Representative at American Stationery Co., Inc. from 2013 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Child Sponsorship Coordinator at Horizon International Inc., where they were responsible for developing strategies to promote growth for the child sponsorship ministry. In 2019, they began working as a Marketing Coordinator at Walnut Ridge Family RV Sales, where they were in charge of planning and executing all digital marketing, managing and building the company's social media presence, and designing print and digital graphics. In 2020, they worked as a Production Associate at Fully Promoted Fishers. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Marketing Associate at Bangs Laboratories, Inc.

Ashly K. began their educational journey at King's Academy High School, where they graduated with a diploma in General Education in 2002. Following this, Ashly K. attended the Professional Career Development Institute, where they obtained a diploma in Floral Design in 2004.
