Riette Carter is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Banham Group since November 2020. Previously, Riette held the position of Head of People & Culture at Vagabond from May 2019 to October 2020 and served in various HR roles at ETM Group London from June 2012 to April 2019, including Group HR Manager and Operations/HR Manager. Riette began a career at Mitchells & Butlers PLC as a General Manager from April 2006 to May 2012. Riette holds a CIPD level 7 certificate in HR management obtained from DPG in 2017 and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Stellenbosch University earned between 2000 and 2004.
