Ben Samek

Ben Samek is an experienced executive in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Banijay Americas since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Endemol Shine North America from October 2014 until February 2023, where leadership was provided over operations for North America and Latin America following the acquisition by Banijay Group in 2020. Earlier experiences include serving as Chief Operating Officer at Endemol Shine North America, where responsibilities included P/L, operations, and M&A, and at 51 Minds Entertainment as Chief Operating Officer & Executive Producer, managing various strategic and operational aspects. Ben's early career includes producer roles at Bunim Murray Productions and MTV Networks, as well as producing for Season 3 of The Amazing Race. Ben holds a degree from California State University, Northridge.
