Harvey Fraser

Harvey Fraser is an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with a diverse background in construction and operations. Currently serving as an HEo at Banister Pipeline Construction Company since September 2019, Harvey Fraser also operates fishing charters as the Owner Operator at Fraser Fraser Fishing Charters since March 2016. Previous experience includes working as a Finish Dozer Operator for the Surerus Murphy Joint Venture from September 2021 to November 2023 and at North American Construction Group from April 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included operating both finish dozers and excavators. Harvey Fraser has gained specialized expertise as a Final Grade Finish Dozer Operator during the clean-up phase of the Trans Mountain Pipeline project.
