Adam Boles

Adam Boles is a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with experience at Banjo Liquid Handling Products since January 2021 and previously at Porter Systems Inc from September 2017 to January 2021. At Porter Systems, Adam designed part fixtures, troubleshot and edited PLC programs, and conducted Root Cause Analysis to address production defects. Adam also implemented continual improvement projects and resolved machine downtime issues. Previous roles include an Assistant Lab Technician at Trine University and various internships at Major Tool & Machine, where Adam focused on designing fixtures, scheduling manufacturing processes, and collaborating with quality teams. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trine University (2013 - 2017).
