Tarek Koudsi

Tarek Koudsi currently serves as the Senior Director of Digital Products at Bank al Etihad, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Tarek held multiple roles at Abwaab, including VP of Product & Engineering, VP of Product, and Product Consultant from March 2021 to March 2023. Tarek's earlier experience includes Principal Consultant at Nozzom from October 2018 to April 2021, Founder & CTO of Hashdoc from October 2011 to August 2018, and Head of Project and Change Management, Digitization at Greater Amman Municipality from January 2009 to June 2011. Tarek began a career in software development as a Software Development Lead at special systems from April 2003 to December 2008 and served as a System Administrator at Brigham Young University from 2001 to 2002 while studying there. Tarek's foundational experience includes a role in Technical Support at National Equipment & Technical Services from 1999 to 2000. Tarek earned a degree from Brigham Young University between 1998 and 2003.
