Abdulmohsen Al-Mulhem has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Abdulmohsen started their career as a Regional Manager at Alawwal Bank in 1998 and later moved to Alinma Bank, where they served as Deputy General Manager of Marketing, Segmentation, and Partner Care for eight years. In 2015, they joined Mawhiba as General Manager of Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Customer Service. After that, they held various leadership roles at different organizations, including Saudi Banks, Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA). Since 2016, Abdulmohsen has been associated with Bank Albilad, where they have held positions such as General Manager of Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Customer Experience, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, and currently serves as Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer. In 2023, they are expected to join CX Saudi Arabia as a Member.
Abdulmohsen Al-Mulhem has a diverse education history that spans several years. In 2000, they completed a Leadership Executive Program at the University of Cambridge. In 2007 and 2008, they attended the ABN-AMRO Academy and completed a Managing for Growth program. In 2015, they studied Customer Satisfaction at the Universal Network Intelligence. In 2017, Abdulmohsen Al-Mulhem attended the London Business School and focused on Strategic Branding. In 2019, they participated in the Duke University's MISK Academy Leadership Development Program, focusing on Organizational Leadership. In 2020, they completed the Leadership Program at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship - MBSC and an Executive Education Market Strategy program at the London Business School. Finally, in 2022, they participated in the Strategic Marketing Program at INSEAD, and in 2023, they completed a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Salford.
