Nicole Chen

Nicole Chen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in impact lending and credit management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Impact Lending at Bank Australia since February 2022, Nicole oversees a portfolio focused on projects with positive social and environmental outcomes. Previously, as a Social Impact Fellow at Social Impact Hub, Nicole contributed to strategic planning for a high-growth social enterprise. Nicole's earlier tenure at Commonwealth Bank included roles such as Executive Manager for Diversified Industries and Senior Manager of Credit Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed portfolio strategy and risk management. Nicole's career began at PwC, where extensive corporate advisory and restructuring expertise was gained. Academically, Nicole holds a Graduate Diploma from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, where a University Medal was awarded.
