Yoanna Yonkova

Yoanna Yonkova has more than 10 years of experience in the banking and consumer financing industry. Yoanna is currently employed at UniCredit Bank Austria AG as the Head of Lending Products. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of product management consumer lending at the same company.

Before joining UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Yoanna worked at UniCredit Consumer Financing EAD, where they held various positions such as Head of Marketing and Business Development, Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Manager Customer Value Management team, and Customer Service Team Leader. Yoanna'sresponsibilities included organizing and realizing projects, boosting sales through marketing tools, coordinating corporate branding activities, and leading customer service teams.

During their time at UniCredit Consumer Financing AD, Yoanna served as a CVM Specialist and POS Team Leader.

Additionally, Yoanna was a Board Member at Alumni club to Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria.

Yoanna Yonkova received their Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Economics Varna, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Yoanna then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance at the University of National and World Economy, completing this program from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Yoanna Yonkova also obtained certifications in Japanese-language proficiency. Yoanna achieved Level 5 in December 2013 and Level 4 in December 2014, both through the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services.
