Thomas Spellitz

Thomas Spellitz is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and portfolio oversight. Currently serving as Head of Division and Chief Investment Office at Gutmann since 2018, Thomas is responsible for Portfolio Management and Trading Desk operations. Previously, Thomas held significant positions at UniCredit Bank Austria AG as Head of Private Banking Branch and at Erste Asset Management GmbH as Head of Multi Asset Management and Executive Director for Portfolio Management. With additional roles at Erste Group Bank AG, ESPA-Financial Advisors, Erste Bank, Skandia, Allianz Group, and Value & Risk AG, Thomas has cultivated a diverse background in private banking, asset management, and internal audit. Educational credentials include programs at INSEAD and IESE Business School, alongside certifications from ACIIA and a Master of Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
