Justin Schmit

Justin Schmit is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the SVP Market President at Bank Midwest since May 2011, where previous roles included Ag & Commercial Lender and Credit Analyst. In addition to banking, Justin holds a leadership position as Finance Committee Chair on the Governing Board at Windom Area Health since May 2020. Justin is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, completing the program with honors in July 2021, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Management from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2011, having previously attended Northwestern College from 2007 to 2008.
