Mark Dykema

Mark Dykema is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bank Midwest since January 2017. Prior to this role, Mark was the Human Resources Manager for North American Commercial Operations at AGCO Corporation for over 20 years, contributing to the global manufacturing of agricultural equipment.
