Nicky Simpson has over two decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as SVP Market President at Bank Midwest since January 2012, where responsibilities include developing retail customer strategies and leading retail managers across multiple locations. Prior roles at Bank Midwest include Market Leader/Ag/Commercial Lender and VP Retail Banking, with a strong focus on team performance and exceeding sales goals. Nicky's previous experience includes strategic consulting and curriculum development at Wells Fargo Bank and management roles at Wells Fargo Financial, where skills in training and business development were honed. Nicky holds a Graduate degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. Cloud State University.
