Satwika Daksawardhana

Satwika Daksawardhana has a strong background in the finance and banking industry. They currently hold the position of Head of Financial Institutions and Consumer Lending Division at PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk since August 2022. Prior to this, Satwika held the role of Head of Commercial Lending & Channeling at the same company starting from May 2022.

Before joining PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, Satwika worked as a Senior Funding Manager at Akulaku from March 2019. They also gained experience as an Assistant Manager at KPMG from November 2017 to February 2019, where they likely focused on financial consulting.

Furthermore, Satwika worked as a Consultant at Monitor Deloitte (ex Monitor Group) from January 2017 to October 2017. They also completed a summer internship at Lazada Group in June 2016.

Prior to their consulting and corporate banking roles, Satwika began their career as a Collection Analyst at Bank ANZ Panin from January 2009 to May 2010. They later served as a Relationship Manager Corporate Banking at Bank Danamon Indonesia from May 2010 to July 2015, where they managed a portfolio of 17 companies and handled credit facilities exceeding IDR 9.1 trillion (USD 650 million) and client deposits exceeding USD 500 million.

Overall, Satwika Daksawardhana has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of financial institutions, consumer lending, commercial lending, funding management, consulting, and corporate banking.

Satwika Daksawardhana completed an MBA in Master of Business Administration from HKUST from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Economics (S1) from Universitas Gadjah Mada from 2004 to 2008.
