Ashleigh Burke

Ashleigh Burke is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Operation Lead and Recruitment Business Partner at Bank of America since February 2022. In this role, Ashleigh manages infrastructure recruitment for the Global Technology and Operations division in EMEA, overseeing a team of up to five recruiters. Prior to Bank of America, Ashleigh held various recruitment roles at Alexander Mann Solutions, including Managing Recruitment for EMEA and Ireland. Additional experience includes roles at Careers Register and CPL, focusing on HR and finance recruitment.
