Mary Hines Droesch

Mary Hines Droesch currently serves as the Head of Consumer and Small Business Products at Bank of America, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Mary held various leadership positions at Citi from February 2012 to September 2021, including Chief Marketing Officer for US Consumer and Managing Director overseeing Customer Engagement and Innovation for Citi Cards. With a solid foundation in customer marketing, rewards programs, and new product development, Mary also led initiatives in card benefits and global rewards at Citi. Earlier in their career, from March 2003 to February 2012, Mary worked at American Express, where responsibilities included Vice President for Charge Card Product Management and Millennial Strategy, managing key charge card portfolios and strategies targeted at younger consumers. Mary earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Boston College.
