Trena Drayton

Trena Drayton currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the CFO Data Management Group at Bank of America, where responsibilities include developing multi-year forecasts, improving financial stability, and leading operational excellence initiatives. Previous roles include Principal at Project Opticks and President at KIPP ENC Public Schools, along with significant positions at Howard University and NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Trena began a career in finance with positions at UBS Investment Bank and JP Morgan & Co., Inc., and holds an MBA in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Accounting from Hampton University. Further leadership training includes programs with the Coro Leadership New York, Capri Foundation, and American Leadership Forum.
