Vicki Waddell

Vicki Waddell has extensive experience in the field of system engineering and automation programming, currently serving as the Vice President and Team Manager of System Engineering at Bank of America since October 1998. In this role, Vicki manages Automation System Programmers, utilizing IBM system automation software on IBM mainframes to minimize manual interventions. Prior to this position, Vicki worked as a Computer Programmer at Newport News Shipbuilding from December 1984 to October 1998, focusing on computer operations and system automation programming. Vicki also gained experience as an Automation Programmer at Northrup Grumman, where solutions were created to eliminate manual intervention on IBM mainframe systems. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business from Saint Leo University (1986-1988) and an academic diploma from Smithfield High School (1979-1982).
