Kate Dom

Kate Dom is an experienced banking professional, currently serving as Branch Manager at Bank of Bird-in-Hand since April 2021. Prior to this, Kate held several roles at Members 1st Federal Credit Union from September 2013 to April 2021, including Community Engagement Coordinator, where responsibilities involved relationship building and event planning in Lancaster and Berks Counties. Previous positions at Members 1st included Member Services Representative II and Assistant Branch Manager, alongside earlier experience as Head Teller at Metro Bank. Additionally, Kate has a background in radio as Co-Host of Purple Door Radio and has contributed to local concert administration and promotions for various music festivals. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Music from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
