Cynthia Dong

Cynthia Dong has extensive experience in financial management and strategic analysis, currently serving as the Head of the Financial Management Department at the Bank of China since December 2017. In this role, Cynthia oversees financial budgeting, performance analysis, reporting, accounting management, corporate tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy and Research, focusing on macroeconomics research and strategic planning. Prior to joining the Bank of China, Cynthia worked at Ernst & Young LLP from 2008 to December 2017 as a Senior Manager in Banking and Capital Markets, where responsibility included various aspects of financial management and consulting.
