Iacovos Kirlappos

Iacovos Kirlappos, PhD, is an accomplished expert in information security with extensive experience in governance, controls management, and cyber security. Currently serving as Manager and Head of Information Security Governance and Controls Management at the Bank of Cyprus, Iacovos previously held several senior roles at PwC, including Cyber Security Senior Manager. Iacovos has contributed to the field as an Information Security Researcher at the Information Security Forum and as a Security Researcher at University College London, focusing on usable security and information security management. Academic credentials include a PhD in Information Security and multiple degrees from University College London and the University of Cambridge.
