Harvey Bennett

Harvey Bennett is a seasoned professional in strategy, risk management, and technology, currently serving as the Strategy & Transformation Lead at the Bank of England since March 2018. In this role, Harvey oversees a £110 million investment and change portfolio and previously established a unified risk function following the acquisition of the UK’s high-value payment system. Harvey's extensive experience includes positions as a Management Consultant at The Berkeley Partnership, developing regulations for technology resilience at the Financial Conduct Authority, and holding various leadership roles at Accenture, Lloyds Banking Group, Visa Europe, Shell, and Vodafone. Harvey holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of York, awarded in 2006.
