Kimberley Moran

Kimberley Moran is a Senior Fintech Analyst at the Bank of England, focusing on the implications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in financial services since July 2023. Previously, Kimberley served as a Policy Research Advisor at Plaid, leading research and analysis efforts, which resulted in doubled content impressions. As a Senior Policy Advisor at the Centre for Data Ethics & Innovation, Kimberley facilitated responsible innovation in data-driven technologies, collaborating with government and industry stakeholders. Kimberley’s early career included roles at McKinsey Global Institute and McKinsey & Company, where extensive research on macroeconomics and public policy was conducted. An accomplished consultant for the Global Green Growth Institute, Kimberley forecasted significant investment needs for infrastructure in low-income countries.
