Kiana Gwekoh

Kiana Gwekoh, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Payroll and Benefits Officer at Bank of Guam since July 2023, contributing to a community-centric financial institution established in 1972. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Calvo Enterprises, Inc. from January 2022 to July 2023, and as a Service Representative with the Guam Department of Labor from April 2021 to December 2021. Kiana began a career in human resources as an intern at StayWell Insurance Guam/CNMI from September 2020 to March 2021, after a customer-focused role in sales with DFS Group Limited from June 2016 to August 2020. Kiana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Guam, where studies were completed in May 2021, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
