Doug Arthur has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Doug is currently employed as the SVP, SR Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking division of Bank of Hope since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at Rochester Capital Advisors from April 2013 to the present. Doug also has experience as the Managing Director at Essex Capital Group from September 2018 to September 2019 and as a Principal at Gries Investment Fund from April 2013 to August 2018. Doug held the position of SVP Commercial Real Estate/Department Manager at The Bank of Tampa from August 1999 to April 2013. Before that, they were the VP of Finance-Principal at Quality Packaging Company from 1996 to 1999 and Vice President Corporate Lending at SouthTrust Bank from 1991 to 1996. Doug started their career as the Vice President of Financial Institutions at Bank South in 1985.
Doug Arthur received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1981 to 1985. Doug further pursued their education and obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 1990 to 1993. Additionally, they have the certification of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the CFP Board, which they obtained in January 2004.
