Rose Chen

Rose Chen began their work experience as a Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Sterling Bank in June 2002. Rose then moved on to Encore Bank N.A., where they held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending from August 2007 to August 2012. Following this, they joined Texas Capital Bank as a Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending from August 2012 to June 2018. Rose Chen then worked at Pioneer Bank, SSB, as a Market President in the Uptown/Galleria area and Commercial Lender from June 2018 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Commercial Market President/EVP at Bank of Houston, starting from April 2022.

Rose Chen obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and Finance from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Before attending university, Rose Chen also attended Alief Elsik HS, although the specific duration and field of study are unavailable.
