Ngozi Osindero

Ngozi Osindero currently serves as the Head of Customer Care and previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Bank of Industry Limited since September 2014. In this capacity, Ngozi oversees key functions such as compensation and benefits, performance management, occupational health and safety, and training and development, while collaborating with the Senior Leadership team to align HR strategy with organizational objectives. Prior to this, Ngozi worked at UBA as the Head of HR for UBA Capital Holdings from October 2011 to March 2012, focusing on recruitment, performance management, organizational development, employee onboarding, and policy documentation. Ngozi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Uyo and a Barrister at Law degree from the Nigerian Law School.
