Andrew Pendered

Andrew Pendered has extensive experience in real estate finance and corporate banking, having held leadership positions across several prominent financial institutions. From March 1998 to September 2003, Andrew served as Manager of Real Estate Finance at BNP Paribas Fortis. Subsequently, Andrew assumed the role of Director of Real Estate Finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business until September 2006. Since then, Andrew has been with the Bank of Ireland, advancing to the positions of Head of Corporate Banking & Property UK, Head of Property Finance Group GB, and Director of Real Estate Finance.
