Fergal Brosnan

Fergal Brosnan serves as the Head of Strategy Development at Bank of Ireland, a role held since 2017, where responsibilities include leading organizational transformation and investment strategies and utilizing data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to inform decision-making. Previously, Fergal was the Regional Head, successfully reversing revenue declines and enhancing team performance. Prior to Bank of Ireland, Fergal held senior positions at Validant, Rethink Group, and Berkley Group, including roles as Vice President Operations for EMEA and CEO/Managing Director, where strategic growth and integration initiatives were implemented.
