Shai Amsalem has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Bank of Israel since May 2010. Previous roles include Presales Engineer at Nextnine, Project Manager at Verint Israel, and Senior Technical Support Specialist at Verint Systems UK Ltd. Amsalem began the career as a Technical Support Specialist at Verint Israel and as a Customer Technical Support Engineer at NICE. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from The Open University of Israel, completed in 2012, and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Governance and Public Policy from the same institution.
