Michael You

Michael You has extensive experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Home Finance Manager at Bank of Melbourne since August 2018, Michael has also held roles as a Senior Customer Service Specialist, Customer Service Specialist, and Customer Service Advisor within the same organization. Prior to this, Michael worked at Vodafone from June 2014 to July 2018 as a Store Manager. Michael holds a Master's degree in Risk Management from Monash University, completed between 2007 and 2008.
