Ed Flores has a diverse work experience in various positions within the banking and financial sector. Ed started their career as a Senior Credit Analyst at Citi in 2002, followed by roles as VP of Commercial Real Estate Lending at Regions Bank and VP Commercial Lending at Premier Bank. In 2010, they joined Grand Mountain Bank FSB as a Special Assets Officer and later moved on to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as a Loss Mitigation Manager/Asset Management Specialist/Compliance Team Lead. At FDIC, they managed the loss mitigation function for a large portfolio of failed bank assets and chaired meetings with executive management teams at numerous banking institutions. Ed then worked at On Tap Credit Union as Vice President of Commercial Lending, where they built a successful commercial banking program from scratch. Currently, Ed is serving as the Community Bank President at The Bank of Missouri.
Ed Flores attended Eckerd College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Ed later enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 2007 to 2009.
