Dean Schmidt

Dean Schmidt joined BNZ in July 2018 from Genesis Energy where he was the Executive General Manager of Corporate Affairs and Transformation. Dean has also held executive roles with Television New Zealand, and senior roles with Telecom (now Spark) and the New Zealand Post Group, in Corporate Affairs, Government Relations and Community Relations. He has also held advisory roles in both Hon Helen Clark and Hon Tony Ryall’s Parliamentary Offices.
