Vonnie Garner, M.Ed., currently serves as Vice President and Senior Regional Community Relations Manager at Bank of Oklahoma since August 2000, where responsibilities include managing community relations and branding for approximately 650 employees in the Oklahoma City market. Previously, Vonnie held the position of Assistant Vice President and Senior Community Relations Specialist at the same bank, and prior to that, was the Director of Programs and Promotions at the University of Central Oklahoma, overseeing student activities and summer conference planning. Vonnie began professional career as an Administrative Assistant III in the Treasury Services department at Bank of Oklahoma between January 1997 and March 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the University of Central Oklahoma, obtained between 1999 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the same institution, completed in 1996.
