Tom Fine

Tom Fine has worked in the banking industry since 1990, starting as a Branch Manager at National City before becoming Vice President and Regional Retail Manager at Bank of Springfield in 1999.

Tom Fine attended Mt. Pulaski High School from 1982 to 1986. Tom then went on to Southern Illinois University, Carbondale where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from 1986 to 1990.
