Todd Horne

Todd Horne has over 18 years of experience in the banking industry. Todd started their career at Guaranty Bank in 2003 as a VP Commercial Real Estate Lending. In 2008, they joined Napa Community Bank as a VP Commercial Loan Officer and worked there until 2012. Then, Todd joined Mechanics Bank as a Vice President/Senior Relationship Manager until 2016. Currently, they are working at Bank of Stockton as a Vice President-Commercial Loan Officer.

Todd Horne pursued their education in a deliberate and systematic manner. From 1992 to 1994, they attended Sonoma State University School of Business and Economics, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services. After gaining foundational knowledge in this field, they went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Financial Economics from Boston University from 2000 to 2001. Todd's education journey showcased their commitment to developing expertise in finance and economics, preparing him well for their future professional endeavors.
