Ellen Mills

Ellen Mills, CCBCO, is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience as Executive Vice President and Secretary of the Board at Bank of the Bluegrass & Trust Co. since January 1998. In this role, Ellen oversees key committees including Executive, Strategic Planning, Enterprise Risk Management, Officer's Loan, and Director's Loan. Responsibilities also include preparing agendas and minutes for the Board of Directors and responding to regulatory examination reports. Ellen is a graduate of the University of Kentucky (1985-1989) and has completed the ICBA Compliance School in 2004.
