Sheila Welborn

Sheila Welborn serves as Senior Loan Specialist in the Mortgage Department for Bank3. Sheila has over 25 years experience in title and residential loan closings. She began her banking career at Leader Federal Savings and Loan where she served in different capacities for 14 years. She then worked for a real estate law firm in Florida for 9 years. After returning to Memphis she continued her career as a residential loan closer for a local title company. Over the last 7 years, Sheila expanded her residential real estate closing experience as loan specialist for another community bank.
