Tomaz Pesec

Tomaz Pesec is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in banking and financial consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Supervisory Reporting and Statistics, as well as the Head of Regulatory Reporting and Bank Accounting at Banka Slovenije since February 2017, Tomaz has previously held significant roles at several prominent institutions. These include Manager at FinArta, Head of Operations for Bank and Leasing at Addiko Bank Slovenija d.d., Head of Operations and Advisor to the Management Board at UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d., Manager at Deloitte, and various positions at SKB BANKA d.d. from Project Manager to Head of Banking Technology and Back Office. Tomaz holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Ljubljana and a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Managing Manufacturing Systems and Processes from the same institution.
