Nerea Soraluce C has held a variety of roles in the financial industry. Finally, they were a Customer Response Executive for Mexico, Central America, and Cuba, responsible for serving all customers in the region in the call center with any questions or problems with data and functionality. In 2004, their team won the award for being the best team in the world in terms of customer satisfaction and the highest and best use of products. From 2001 to 2002, they were a Reuters Messenger Floorwalker, responsible for the launch of Reuters Messaging in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara, doing product marketing and sales, installation, and training.
Nerea Soraluce C attended Universidad Panamericana from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Major in Administration and International Business. Nerea then graduated from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México in 2007, with a degree in Management & Business Development.
